"We also provide 100% service and maintenance throughout the season, as well as take down and even storage until the following year," Jim states. This comprehensive service ensures clients enjoy a hassle-free festive season with stunning light displays.

Elf Pros is deeply community-centric, focusing on bringing joy and festivity to neighborhoods. 

"We seek to improve the quality of life for our customers by providing products and services that are fun, festive, and bring families and neighborhoods together," Jim emphasizes. The company's efforts to create enchanting Christmas displays help foster a sense of community spirit and togetherness during the holiday season.

One of the most inspirational projects for Jim and his team was a downtown Christmas lighting event. "The lights caused so many people to say, 'Wow! I remember when I was a kid, and downtown looked like this,'" Jim recalls. This project was a labor of love that brought the community together and rekindled fond memories of festive childhood experiences.

One of the unique and fun aspects of Elf Pros is their mascot, Winky. "Our Elf Pros mascot is named Winky," Jim shares. Winky, a complete life-sized mascot, can be seen downtown during Christmas and at special community events, spreading holiday cheer. Interestingly, Winky was designed to resemble the company's owner, Paul Gardner, adding a personal and humorous touch to the business.
