Dr. Ronald Lowe has joined Dr. Matthew Caspersen at Rappahannock Orthodontics to Provide Exceptional Patient Care and Even More Convenient Scheduling
Dr. Ronald Lowe, a recent graduate of the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine for Advanced Study in Orthodontics, officially joined Rappahannock Orthodontics in July.

Dr. Lowe is a dynamic and talented addition to Rappahannock Orthodontics, which has offices in both Fredericksburg and Stafford. Dr. Lowe’s arrival marks a new chapter for the clinic — his skill, empathy, and creativity mirrors Dr. Caspersen’s, and the combination of both Doctors working together will greatly elevate the patient experience.

In addition to his technical skills, Dr. Lowe brings a warm and enthusiastic approach to patient care. Orthodontic treatment is transformational for patients, both physically and emotionally. Dr. Lowe understands the significance of this journey and strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment for his patients. Before Dr. Lowe joined Rappahannock Orthodontics, he attended Le Moyne College for his undergraduate degree and the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery. His research has been focused on the effectiveness of orthodontic telehealth, the use of expanders, and the reliability of radiographic evaluations. He has been published in both the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Dentistry and the American Association for Dental Research.
In addition to his education, Dr. Lowe also serves as president and CEO of Saving Smiles Inc., a non-profit organization he founded to provide dental services and financial assistance to pediatric cancer patients unable to obtain essential dental treatment.
