Keyes Exteriors: Transforming Outdoor Spaces into Living Dreams

Keyes Exteriors isn't just your average outdoor contractor. They prefer to think of themselves as "the architects of your outdoor oasis." From patios to decks, screen porches, and retaining walls, they specialize in crafting spaces where nature meets luxury. Formerly known as Keyes Landscaping, LLC, their evolution into Keyes Exteriors signifies their commitment to excellence in outdoor living design and construction.

A Legacy of Craftsmanship and Family Heritage

Founded in 2016, by Travis Keyes, the company's roots run deep in a family legacy of construction excellence. Travis's grandfather, the proprietor of Rural Home Builders, instilled in him the values of hard work and quality craftsmanship. Starting his business as a sophomore at Mountain View High School, Travis honed his skills in landscaping and construction, gradually expanding his services to encompass the full spectrum of outdoor living projects.

At Keyes Exteriors, they treat you like family, too.

"We don't just build structures; we build relationships," said Travis. "When you entrust us with your project, you become part of our extended family. We believe in treating every customer with the same care and attention we would give to our own kin."

Their greatest satisfaction comes from turning your outdoor dreams into tangible realities and witnessing the joy on customers' faces when they see the finished projects.

A Team Rooted in Passion and Expertise

Beyond their professional endeavors, Keyes Exteriors is first and foremost a family company.

“Our success wouldn't be possible without the dedication of our team members, many of whom have been with us since the early days,” said Travis. Travis started hiring fellow classmates to work with him five or six days a week after school years ago. One of those classmates is now a project manager for Keyes Exteriors.

Travis's journey from high school entrepreneur to seasoned business owner is a testament to the power of hard work and perseverance. Alongside him stands Chelsea, his wife and integral part of the company, and the two even met while on a construction site.

“Chelsea is now a part of the company managing the decking division,” said Travis. “Lacey, Chelsea’s best friend, is the office manager, and my dad is a material runner. We are definitely a family company.”

Travis, Chelsea, and their son Grayson, along with their trusty yellow lab Benji, embody the spirit of togetherness both on and off the job site. Whether they're cruising in their vintage Ford or simply enjoying the outdoors, the Keyes family's passion for outdoor living is evident in everything they do.
