Jessica S:  I’m a military spouse, mom, and a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who has recently started Pilates. Wow!  I had hip pain for over a year that traditional workouts, stretching and even physical therapy wasn’t quite eliminating completely…until Pilates. The reformer machine adds a level you cannot replicate in any other setting. I had been having some trouble with my hip and knee and in pain most of the time; I was having to go up the stairs one step at a time as I couldn’t lead on my right leg.  As a nurse, I have seen too many times how easy it is to lose mobility as you age. I also educate patients on the importance of movement and the importance of exercise and strength training.  It was finally time to take my own advice.

It has been one of the best decisions I have made! I can actually run up the stairs now and have significantly less pain. I have made Pilates a priority and can easily fit the classes into my schedule.

I love everything about it: the knowledgeable and caring instructors, the helpful receptionists, the state-of-the-art equipment, and the perfect blend and variety of classes. My body has changed.
