Pisco Sour but Make it Pink!
Every Peruvian reading this might gasp at the indignation that I have turned the traditional Pisco Sour pink! It was a worthy experiment and perfect to celebrate Valentine's day with your significant other or your gal pals.
Ingredients:
3 oz of your favorite Pisco
1 oz lavender syrup
1 oz lime juice
1 egg white
Sprigs of lavender
Instructions:
Put your pisco, lavender syrup, lime juice, and egg white into your shaker.
Shake
Shake until you see some severe froth
*We use a blender in our home. However, it is completely optional and can get the results with a shaker. It will just take a little longer.
Let the drink settle, and then pour.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
