Burg Charcuterie was founded in 2021, but Jennifer’s passion for fine foods and hospitality began long before that. 

“I’ve always been passionate about hospitality and the joy of creating something beautiful and delicious for people to share,” she explains. “What started as a hobby quickly turned into a business when I realized how much I loved curating every detail.” 

That attention to detail, dedication, and hard work is evident in every board and table she designs, where quality and presentation take center stage.

“I watched as my female relatives juggled multiple responsibilities, from caring for children to working long hours to support their families. Their determination and resilience inspired me to work hard and never give up on my dreams, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks.” This same spirit of perseverance and dedication shines through in every aspect of her business.
