Cunningham enjoys what he does, but not just because of the actual construction work. No, what he appreciates most about his business is the relationships he gets to build with his clients. He enjoys helping others, and while he’s a business owner, he doesn’t put profits ahead of people. He wants to “take the “con” out of “contractor” by being honest and upfront with his clients about their options.
