Sommelier notes:
I wanted to create a late summer drink with whispers of autumn. Yuzu sake brightens the cocktail, and the red shiso leaf tea mellows out all the citrus flavors, just as the summer evenings begin to cool down.

Ingredients:
3 oz. yuzu sake (Shibata Black Yuzu or other)
1 Maraschino cherry
1 oz. pineapple orange juice
1 oz. red shiso leaf tea (Ippinka brand available on Amazon)
1/2 oz. Malibu rum
1/2 oz. grenadine
Instructions:
1. Put a few ice cubes in a glass.
2. Add the following ingredients. Do not stir.
yuzu sake, pineapple orange juice, red shiso leaf tea, Malibu rum
3. Carefully add 1/2 oz. grenadine to the side of the glass. The grenadine will settle to the bottom for a layered sunset look.
4. Top with a maraschino cherry or your favorite ripe summer fruit.
