"My uncle owned a plumbing company when I was growing up, and I can remember spending my days off from school and summers in the trucks with my cousins and father," he recalled. This immersive exposure to the trade made plumbing a natural career choice. "Most of the men in my family were plumbers," he said, highlighting the generational knowledge and skills passed down to him.

"Seventy-five percent of our job is customer service, and twenty-five percent is plumbing and service," White explained. This perspective shapes every interaction and service call. "Dealing with the public, they have to trust you and believe that you are giving a fair price for quality service," he added. White finds his biggest inspiration in the satisfaction of his customers. "When the customer is happy with the services rendered, that is what I enjoy most about what I do," he says. "Especially when they tell me other plumbers have been to their home and could not figure out the issue," he shared. This sense of accomplishment and the positive feedback from clients fuel his passion for the job.
White is also actively involved in his community outside of his professional life. "I attend Grace Church, where I am an usher and part of the security and hospitality ministry," he said. His commitment to serving others extends beyond plumbing, reflecting his dedication to his community. He enjoys various hobbies: bowling, fishing, boating, and tennis.
"I often play tennis at any open court but have not tried pickleball," he noted. Recently, he accepted the position of Community Service Coordinator for his motorcycle club, combining his love for motorcycles with his passion for community service. "I like to stay active and live life to the fullest-- Carpe Diem," he emphasized, encapsulating his approach to life and work.
White also appreciates the humor in some of the more challenging jobs. He recalls an incident involving a tool known as a honey dipper.
"When you have to bring this tool out, there is nothing sweet about it," he laughed, recalling one of his son's first experiences on a call with him.
"Just thinking of it, I am smiling. I cannot portray what I am thinking in words. You would have had to be there," White reminisced. These moments of shared laughter and learning highlight the family-oriented and fun-loving spirit of the business.
